There's plenty of information to be knowledgeable about on either the real estate side or the mortgage side. 

I have made a Bridge Loan to them on their Pueblo Springs Apartment project--they are passed due in paying off the loan and are not responsive with information to resolve that situation. 

(please give advice that is not beginner level, as I have been researching MTRs for months and already know the basics)

In the short term, I aim to replace my monthly income from my current entry-level job, I dont make a ton of money so this shouldn't be too difficult.

What is stopping you from simply getting a mortgage and doing it the safest way to protect you and any issues that might arise.
