I have seen somewhere near the USC or student housing area that it could be around 600 or 1800 for a 3/2.l, if you buy a duplex, that could to 3600 if that's the case.

The lender will look at the past P&L statements, the financial stability of the company, the reserves of the company, the balance sheets, and all other documents from the past few years.
