Current student working towards MBA and Sales Associates license. Strong passion for people and housing market. I can't wait to sell my first house and I know the sky is the limit. I'm happy to join the BP community and learn all I can that you all have to offer! Any beginning advice is appreciated! Thanks

@Levi Fortner I am an investor who is also a real estate agent (mainly for our own purchases and sales). The panhandle housing market is staying relatively stable. There are a few military bases around which means that there is a constant flow of buyers and renters. The panhandle is a very interesting market. You can find $20,000 homes up to $10,000,000 beach houses.
