I am looking at the Old Humble area in Houston.

Reno is a tougher market, given the competition from all of the hotels/casinos, unless you have a niche product or angle.

IS there any place in HOUSTON, TEXAS that investors and service providers in the investing world actually get together to meet and mingle,Change business cards and offer services like lending, escrow services, lawyers, realtors,without out sitting 90 minutes and listening to people who claim to teach but actually are selling expensive products or training, and hammering you that without their system you are doomed and will fail NO question.

I was on my way to check out a neighborhood for a potential property and I happened to see all of the new development in the Sharpstown area surrounding Houston Baptist University.

Does anyone know of a good property management company around Houston that does mobile home parks?

Hello guys,I have been investing in a few rental properties in Virginia, but now I want to invest in multifamily in Houston/Dallas Texas as there are very few multifamily in my area.

I'm looking to buy portfolio's of investors holding small multi-family homes, 2-4 units withing 5 hours drive of Houston Texas (Beaumont, Corpus Christi, Conroe, College Station, Victoria are some major towns I'm looking at but open to investigate anything). 

We live in Houston Area btw.So, what kind of real estate and where should I put this fund on?
