IS there any place in HOUSTON, TEXAS that investors and service providers in the investing world actually get together to meet and mingle,

Change business cards and offer services like lending, escrow services, lawyers, realtors,

without out sitting 90 minutes and listening to people who claim to teach but actually are selling expensive products or training, and hammering you that without their system you are doomed and will fail NO question.

Pretty negative outlook on things my friend.  There are 1000 meetups.  I see them posted all the time.  You can google for meetups and they're listed on this site.  Good luck.
