I came across BP while doing some google searches and also their podcast.

I have an address of "3510 E 96TH ST INDIANAPOLIS, IN 46240" but when I Google this business, the search results doesn't give any clue.

You won't have to pay him or her out of your pocket and they can get you all the info you need.You can also get most of what you put in your post by googling Sarasota County Property Appraiser and doing a free search on the county website by property address.

Sure there are others like them out there..maybe do a BP or google search. 

I also highly recommend you read up on landlord tenant law in CA (google 'ca landlord tenant law' and you'll find a pdf on the CA Dept of Consumer Affairs site).
