We are going to use Cozy.co's free online collection method until we get the hang of things.  

I have sent out my first campaign of direct marketing and other methods for initial activity.

We are both methodical and will not jump into anything without proper due diligence.

Brian,Have you used the 2 LLC method you discussed where one holds the properties and the other manages and strips all the equity out of the original LLC?

I am asking because I just came across the suggested 50% / 2% screening methods and at first look it does not meet their criteria.
