I can on a cash flow basis afford more land if it is amortized over a term to develop the area as an exclusive builder.New to commercial, isn't alot of commercial land leased by companies with a balloon?

ok so I got a phone call by one of the biggest wholesaling investors student development center and I'm not sure what to do here.

Commercial developers are investing in this area heavily.

From there, he went on to work on commercial real estate development.

I have been on the commercial development side as well.

Anyway, I have been sitting on the sidelines listening to podcast, reading posts by others, dreaming up rental property developments on parcels of land for sale in my city area, watching flipping shows on TV.

Now the bad; the elderly woman who had ben living there had developed dementia over the years and became a hoarder.

Depends on the developer really.  

I will be working at this on a full time basis and have experience painting and plastering rental properties  I also realize I must develop a team including sub contractors. 

I would really enjoy the possibility to meet like minded individuals and see what I can learn about what's working in our market also to network and develop.
