Property Management Cleveland- Be warned

I would like to warn other investors about Realty Trust property Management in Cleveland Ohio, I had such a bad experience and want to warn others.... they will talk a good deal upfront but as soon as you sign up it is one of the most awful experiences I have ever had, When you don't live in the city you own a property in you turn your trust over to others and with this team, boy what a HUGE Mistake.....I had tenants who were so unhappy, miss-communicated with, I had to do major damage control after, I've been charged for work that never took place and been totally taken advantage of, Please be warned. If anyone knows of someone good in Cleveland please let me know, Thank you

How do you calculate risk when you are investing in residential real estate?

@V.G Jasonmy point is just that house hacking is lower risk than, say, buying a random property thousands of miles away and hoping for the best (like the CA investor buying in Cleveland thread that we both just commented in).i didn't say no risk - all RE involves risk.
