@Jonathan Depa I sent you a PM with some further details, but in general just as important as the language in the ordinance is how and when a city enforces it, and what the neighborhood the home is in is like (and if the people are likely to complain, and about what).

They'll normally give them a week before you can buy a WRIT (language depends on state) where by the Constable drags their dumbas out.
