I currently live in Tempe, however I work in north phoenix now so I have looked at scottsdale, desert ridge, grayhawk, arcadia/biltmore, peoria, and glendale and I'd say my favorite areas thus far are grayhawk and desert ridge. 

In North Chico which is by Traders Joes, Safeway and near the freeway.

This property is located south of Southern Orchards and North of Vassor Village, for reference.  

I'm a broker in the Fort Bragg area in North Carolina. 

My plan is to eventually retire from the Army to North Central Florida, and in the mean time, build a rental portfolio of multi-family homes to have as a nest egg/twilight career.

Then, a friend of mine introduced me to a couple that needed to move out of Dorchester for work an hour north of the city.
