Hey Kailey,I have several banks I work with that offer a ton of DSCR products in both states.

The only downside for me is that it can take a few days for the money to actually process/deposit, but that works fine for me.  

Ive seen this work well, as its not exactly clearly defined how long the IRS wants the holding period.
