If you are looking for a purchase agreement, then you can contact a local real estate agent (many young agents would help you out for a small fee), you could contact an attorney or you could go online an pay one of the legal doc web pages for a contract.  

I took my realtor license about 15 years ago and also worked as the Sr Web developer for a local Real estate investor in North Carolina, a few years ago. 

It's loaded with spiders, spider webs, and such.

I plan on analyzing the deal after publishing this post to better understand the opportunity.Any insight is appreciated!

Your property owners address should be listed on the tax assessor web site.
