Lenders and real estate agents are often misinformed about the VA Loan requirements and loan caps so do your research before using it as an investment tool; I've been told multiple times you can't buy a multi-unit or that the cap is $417K in every situation but that is wholly untrue!

Another good resource is the "tool bar" a lot of good information in the files.  

It's an invaluable tool in your toolbelt that can literally shape your entire busines. 

I like Wix.com you get a whole bunch of back end tools to easily make forms and the like.

I just added that calculator to my Investor tool kit!

Spend money on education (books), not tools for actual wholesaling.
