I've known folks who have decided to put what little they have in the vehicle that's going to net them the best result. most of us here believe that's real estate but it could be a lot of different investments or entrepreneurial opportunities. putting what little money you have into the thing thats going to make you more money that you can then use to pay off those debts certainly makes sense for some people. paying off your student loans may take 10 year or more. can you really afford to wait that long before investing?
