So can you go buy property tomorrow, maybe not, but you can learn a lot about real estate and investing and financial management.

Since a dollar is worth more today than it is tomorrow, we tend to want to repair things rather than improve, as repairs save my me money today, rather than a small amount over 27.5 years. 

We got to talking and he offered to meet with me tomorrow and put a plan down on paper.

I'm actually looking at three fixer-upper student houses tomorrow, so I might need that advice soon!

It was an estate sale and a little underpriced I think....obviously I am looking at a property tomorrow in which I probably intend to make another offer on.
