Money is nice, but in some respects there are probably easier ways to make a living.For me their have been several aspect of RE that fascinate me.

Not uncommon to have aspects of a job or business that you don't enjoy doing even though in general you find the work very interesting.More and more aspects of RE are being regulated and I don't know but a few people that enjoy trudging through the legalese.

If you search through the wholesaling forum and articles in the knowledge base, you will find tons of great, free information on every aspect of wholesaling.

One in particular has all the aspects one would look for in a deal.

There was a recent thread that discussed many aspects and uses, pro and cons of the different types of life insurance, as Bryan mentioned.Find that thread and read it.Then go talk to a fee-based financial planner who sells no products.

So if you bid on the keyword "home buyers" and get a search terms report of "sell my house to home buyers" and "Jonny the home buyer" then you will want to make sure you block the competition keywords.So use the search terms to tailor what you want to show up for by blocking everything you don't want to show up for.That's essentially where most investors are failing.

My cash buyer likes the property and he is going to purchase it.The only aspect he didnt like was the tenants he said he wants to remove the tenants when he purchase the house ..

Realtyman, I agree with you in some aspects of life, but when it comes to buying real estate I do not agree.My parents helped me with the money to buy my frist investment property.
