I'm sorry if this sounds like a generic and obvious question I just want to be sure I'm not missing anything here, I know there are laws surrounding being an agent I just want to make sure I'm playing the game right. 

Historically, the surrounding towns have offered much better cash flow but that gap has narrowed over the last 24 months.Your strategy really depends on your situation and goals. 

Reason being, the city has an "urban service boundary" that protects the surrounding farmland (horse farms) from urban sprawl.

The area I live in a great location for appreciation, considerably cheaper homes than surrounding neighborhoods, and is just next door.

Also, this is the time when you need to raise your pad above the surrounding soil, so you'll want to make sure they do that. 

The bulk of out-of-market buyers and renters looking for homes in Riverside and the surrounding areas are coming from Los Angeles, followed by Orange County and San Diego.

During the time that I resided in this home, I began house hacking and realized an overflow of individuals inquired in renting my home since it is surrounded around the Aerospace Industry.

Rent rates look to be really good and the price point is much lower than the surrounding area's in Dallas and Fort Worth! 

I was thinking about doing this to help with those thats located in Margeno county and surrounding areas.
