@Edwin PinaIf you are an "investor friendly" Brokerage, then you work with ALL types of investors and, like us, are investors themselves.If that is the case... and not just hype, then the three suggestions are inherent to doing business.In our case, we are a larger HUD Brokerage, and because of that have a strong relationship with a HUD approved Title Company with multiple offices who can do a number of things:Mail away closings - We support investors as far away as NorwaySimultaneous closings - We work with a number of wholesalers so this is vital.

Oregon and Washington have very strong anti equity skimming laws and what you can and cannot do with someone in foreclosure.Suggest you read those statutes before en barking on this path.that said people break the law EVERY day doing this..

Lots of great connections all over but we also have a very strong and active contingent here in MA on here so make sure to find them (Set up some keyword alerts to find out about local topics) and get connected.Besides doing that on here make sure to get out to some of the many local investor events we have.

Thanks Eric, my first option is to invest here in cali, I believe it has the most upside, however I have looked at AZ and TX rental market and the numbers seem strong, good returns and mostly less money to get in.
