I see folks recommending MF books, training and etc and tooting MF.

Real estate clubs and training helped me a great deal when I started out, but probably will not cost 5k off the bat unless you join some sort of mentor program or coaching.

We have 6 cash flowing properties in our name and running like a German train station.

@James Wise  NO kidding last thing you want to do is train your competition.unless the market has literally 1000s of vacant homes.. there is uber competition for great deals.to do this on the hopes of a deal or two.. 

anyways im worried i will just end up wasting my time and money through trail and error going from one real estate mortgage related school to the next you see i am trying to get experience to be a mortgage underwriter for mortgage pools and learn about the servicing of mortgage pools but the problem is the lack of training to those who have instructors who clearly have very little knowledge despite the critism i will recieve they lack the proper understanding of how documents are created and the function of the varies kinds of documents that are created

I do not think I would have really hired someone who had to be fully trained in everything.

Already met with them this afternoon and paid the $700 for the month of training so I knew I wouldn’t back out and would be committed and have someone to hold me accountable.
