All the crowd funding site be different but what sort of criteria do the look got typically in the borrower?

Hello Everyone,My friends call me Josh and I'm from New Jersey, North Jersey to be more specific.  

None of the three met my criteria (one failing on credit, income AND background), one lied about income, and one couldn't prove income.  

Unless I know the person doing that task, and their process and criteria are well documented, I'm reluctant to take on a tenant someone else has placed.

But what they failed to mention is that they have a strict criteria for lending and most properties will not qualify for lending, and that their lending fees (which were not disclosed before the purchase of the program) are among the highest in the industry.

I believe that the reason some say it's illegal is that there is a general "nothing is allowed" approach with the municipal code unless it is specifically allowed. 

Hopefully that will give me some specific items to look out for and budget for.

To the best of my knowledge, nothing in my closing documents discussed EPO recapture, and my closing disclosure specifically says that there is no prepayment penalty.
