Hello Everyone,

My friends call me Josh and I'm from New Jersey, North Jersey to be more specific.  Purchased a house in Prospect Park, NJ back in July. It's a duplex and I'm renting it out. I think I did everything wrong while making that purchase. Hence, my newly found interest in real estate investment. I would like to continue investing so I'm here to gain the knowledge I need to make good deals.
