Otherwise you will be sitting there trying to figure out if something is a good deal while your competition us putting it under contract.

@Candace Postell I encourage you to sit down and really work up an exhaustive list of what you need, and then come up with a REALISTIC estimate of what those things will cost.

My husband and I have a 4bd, 3b doublewide with abt 2500 sq ft. sitting on little over half an acre.  

I know it's hard to sit back and "just save money".
