Do you think I'm overreacting?

My thinking is the storage unit at 2600 mo is much more wiser than 54k in the money market at 5.2 %. 

I think PR is an amazing long term investment opportunity but you have to be patient.

The biggest problem I see with some first-time buyers is thinking there's always one more piece of information that they need before they decide. 

Just because someone recommends an PM on this site, does not mean they're good.

Thinking the San Juan Mountains in Colorado or perhaps Eagle's Nest NM area. 

I think I submitted my design on 1/2/2020 as soon as I legally could. 

Accountants are in such demand, that the best are not even accepting clients half the time.The other problem I see often with accountants on here is that they specialize in larger investors, and have really high prices when you as a smaller investor do not need all the bells and whistles.Another thing I see is folks thinking they need to have a tax professional in their state.

I think their best option may be to sell it and walk away before they get themselves into a bind.
