Best US real estate market for Rental Property in 2016?

It wouldn't be my personal investment choice, but I hate the snow, so I suppose we are all biased to something.Another market I am looking at is Portland, as it has plenty of jobs, a growing economy, a high quality of life, and an increase of 8.5% in property values over the year.

@David Huynh talk to the residence life or housing department at SCSU (if that's the college you're talking about, of course).Ask them if they would be interested in using your apartment as student housing, or if you could list your apartment with them as available housing.

Plus, as long as they aren't making any extra principle payments then the single amortization schedule can be used for the entire life of the loan.
