Hello everyone,

I just wanted to introduce myself as a new member from Madison, WI.

I've been a Realtor for about two and a half years, and I'm very interested in expanding my focus to the investment side of the industry, particularly flipping, and rental properties. 

If anyone is in the area that would like to connect, I would be more than happy.
