I also had purchased a foreclosed condo which happened to have a large number of pieces of new furniture in it, which helped me save on furnishing costs. 

If not, I feel like this is a big missing piece that could add value to the app.

One piece of context that I forgot to include is that this would be a potential live-in-and-flip.

At the very least it will give you piece of mind going forward.Are you planning on doing an inspection of the property?

Hey Manny welcome to BP here's a quick piece of advice:Be VERY cautious of local "wholesalers" around here they are a dime a dozen and 95% of them don't actually have the deals under contract and they are not direct to the seller.

Make sure the agreement is written up by an attorney for added piece of mind for both parties and execute it via notary.2 weeks is doable but crazy close.
