Do they want both the total value of the asset and then separately IRA's percentage value, perhaps?

I haven’t seen any SFRs rent for $2000-2200 in that area, even ones with four bedrooms and/or a large square ft footprint, but with two units you might net that total amount even if you cover utilities if that can’t be separated. 

Let the seller chase you not the other way around.If you let your emotions get in the negotiations you will pay to much.

The properties you are likely seeing in these markets usually do not have separately metered utilities.

I’ve never purchased while having to sell at the same time, so I’m wondering whether having a single agent for buying & listing is a good approach or whether having separate agents is better.

Then there’s a possession hearing separate to this which they can also appeal it can take 45 days total in my experience

@Robert Chuang These 3 doors are all investments I have a separate primary residence so I am not sure how I can make my next investment a primary residence unless there is some loophole I am not aware of.
