Even if I didn't have a bunch of buyer's lined up, I would still just schedule a time the following week, then get some!  

@Carlos Enriquez  I have a post on craigslist too...the good thing about social media nowadays is that I am able to check public Facebook profiles...you will not believe what you can garner from FB...the main issue is: I live in one of the units...so I am being very picky!
