That'll let you sidestep the "procuring cause" issues (where you might otherwise owe a Realtor a commission out of pocket), the broker wants you to be happy and will make it all right with the first Realtor internally.Big picture, you did the "throw a rock, use the first Realtor it hits" strategy.

Also I have not asked for rent for the washer/dryer after their first year, or a pet fee either.There are many ways to borrow a few $100's --dont know why they havent used their credit cards etc.I gave their daughter $20 cash for a school trip she plays in the band and she never said thank you.

If I had known that the commercial spaces needed to be 100% rewired, and that the residential space needed new sub flooring, sheet rock, and tons of mold and rot remediation, I would have been more set on a lower price.
