Does anyone have some best practices or lenders that they favor for accomplishing this?

Everything out here costs a ton and has regulations but this will be another rush to build in my opinion.

That being said, I highly recommend working with a local lender as they are not regulated in the same capacity and may be able to answer that question for you.

They say the title company won't wait for the check to clear.Is this common practice today - title company won't take bank check and just wire.
