Hi All,Wanted to get your thoughts on Direct Mail pieces I have sent out - they were first class letters and I put my own mailing address as the return address - what do other people do?

Easy answer is to have your own set of criteria that makes a house a viable candidate, and some alternate relationships to direct those that don't fit your needs.

You will probably have to wait for a right of recession before receiving the cash, but that is only a 3 <business> day period.

My friend's concern, however, is that the landlord may be trying to formalize their relations so that he may eventually evict them, as many of the legacy tenants in this apartment building have been evicted or "pressured" to vacate for frivolous reasons so that the landlord can renovate and convert their units to Airbnb in order to receive a higher return for each unit.

Once the order has been made to start the foreclosue (tax deed sale) then it is set and what every property that does not sell goes into Lands Available where you can buy the property directly from the county.

After all the research we are still unsure as to which direction would best suite are current situation to get started.

I've been in education for over 20 years and have changed directions and I'm excited at the opportunities that are available in real estate.

I arranged a mover for them and the day I provided them with the security deposit (it was actually given directly to their new landlord) they were gone and the problem was solved in less than 4 days.
