Bank wrote it as 5 x residential loans (on top of my primary residence) - I recently consolidated/refinanced them to a single commercial loan.

I want to rent my entire furnished home (Pacific Palisades primary residence) as a summer vacation rental in 2016.

However, once I move out will I have to refi into a traditional mortgage since it will not be my primary? 

(and the suburb that I bought my Cincinnati home in exempts all pension income from the local income tax): )  Oh, and my primary residence property tax bill dropped from $8k per year (CA) to $3,700 (OH) per year.
