I contacted the agent few times to schedule a time for me to go into the property for less than 2 hours, but he never did even he told me he would help me with it.

Can potentially make more money in less time, and control when someone stays.  

It's more of a luxury property but supposedly they can perform really well as full time rentals.

In reality this has turned out to be more than full time, I have not closed one deal and I have been in the program 6 months.

I hear horror stories about not being able to purchase fixer uppers with the VA loan but that wasn't my experience either time.

It hasn't been successful at this time. 

You can always take your time and find a primary residence, especially if you are living with parents. 

(I'm thinking for general banking, checking, savings, etc.)I've been banking with Chase, and am having a nightmare of a time closing CDs upon maturity.

My guys/gals dont buy from the bigger we buy houses franchises I have never seen one of those come through.As stated its a sales and marketing job full stop.. very tough very time consuming and capital intensive if your going to do some volume..
