Would you need to cut into the concrete stab for the water supply line & drain?

Nothing is stopping you form inviting the guys out for a polish and giving him a job marketing for you for extra cash, business never personal.

It's helped me to think very concretely about this.

The rooms are framed out with painted sheetrock, but the floor is still concrete.

If it is secured by something concrete, I'd suggest shopping around to refinance it.

@Daria A lot of those results are just people being really confused about whether or not an Umbrella policy is what they need, and very little in the way of concrete answers.

Yeah, I am starting to conclude that pulling it out now without a concrete plan of how to re invest it is leaving too many unknowns and restricting my flexibility too much. 

hello there thanks for replying my question before. i have come to a conclusion about getting into first mortgage notes in non judicial states whether performing or non performing. i have checked out some websites like fciexchange and some others nothing concrete. is there a series of steps that i should follow, what are things to look for and what services to look for while getting into my FIRST note. certainly a lawyer wont be cheap when i dont even know if i am gonna get into a deal yet.thanks in advancenot sure if this is an amateur question?

On the last one we did, I think it was about $250 for the concrete cutting and $500 for the window and installation.
