I have worked with well over 200 Senior parks across Florida over the past 10 years and have physically been in a heap load more than that.

You might find with the cost to acquire the land, build the structure ( cost per sq ft ), etc. that you can be all in once leased up for an 8 cap.

Or you need to learn how to structure the deal so you go in with less or little money out of pocket.

It doesn't seem to pertain to the actual units or even in the same community but it is supposedly structural issue.

I physically can not do this yet considering I am out of the states for six more months, but I am already starting with BP and other social networks.

The home is structurally sound with no signs of mold, however the electrical is rather dated.

So that property barring any foundation/structural issue should last a while to come.My cash-our refi came at 5.17% for 30 years, but i am at 5.25 now, so was not sure if this is better or a HELOC would be better.
