Hello all, I just wanted to share with you a piece I wrote about BTR trend in Sunbelt states...would love to hear your thoughts about it.The Sunbelt states of the United States are currently experiencing a housing conundrum, a cocktail of high interest rates (approaching 7%) and dwindling housing supply that's reshaping the real estate landscape.

I have seen so much growth in Columbus when it comes to appreciation and job opportunities which I have experienced.

If you haven't set it up to book off the site then don't do it for one person unless you think you are going to start marketing to get deals like that.

Kent and Ottawa Co. are experiencing fabulous appreciation rates since COVID. 

I'll add my personal process.

There are so many listing agent personalities that each situation will be slightly different and you'll need to practice too get better.
