Hello everyone, I need help with getting a good deal.I am a new in Real estate investment and working on my first investment property.I have educated myself by reading many books from Biggerpockets and I have watched several videos/podcasts.I have been approved by a lender for a conventional $300K loan. 

Just a simple online way to keep track of the loan, that tracks & receives payments, and increases the loan amount each month based on the agreed interest rate etc.I'm going to keep searching online but I'm sure there's a wealth of knowledge here and I'm willing to bet some of you have used multiple platforms.Please let me know if you have advice.Thanks!!!

I personally have no problem driving in the rain if there was any.

A bank will give me a loan (if its ARV is good) and I can use that new loan to pay off the original home equity, and buy another home plus pocket the difference?

We used an FHA loan for the low down payment option.

I don't think it has anything to do with the size of the company but the smaller guy it is just his personality. 

Back in the day the auctions were in person, not necessarily online.

As we went back and forth, we saw that the terms the bank or loan gave us were not set in stone.
