I was able to get a hold of SBA customer service with no wait this morning.

On the contract it says the following:The applicable annual rate will be 4.99% for the first month, increasing .5% for each subsequent month, up to a maximum annual rate to the lesser of 7.99% and the maximum amount permitted. 

What I mean is that zoning may permit a 40’ wide lot and that might look great for a 95’ wide parcel.

You may want to call the city and see what the story is with building permits and inspections many agencies arent hosting inspections or are closed and arent issuing permits
