We have hired designers on projects before and people came through not liking the finishes and look of the home. 

Some people are really comfortable with holding properties that break even for a time. 

I think a lot of people like to come down and go to the beach and also see a game or two. 

But again, I haven't invested with them so I can't speak to the actual returns that people have seen.
