After browsing around the site, listening and watching the Beginner's Guide to REI Course BP YouTube videos, my first goal is to learn the terminology.

I love what i do and its a big passion of mine I just would love to do it on my terms not because I need the income. 

Other videos/forums I have read explain that “you can get one from a lawyer” however that seems to introduce an entirely new process with entirely new questions...”Does that cost anything?”

Books, podcasts, videos, you name it.

I have a passion for real estate.We currently have 3 long term rentals, 2 vacation rentals.  

One of them was born and raised there and is extremely passionate about it.

The thing to keep in mind is that you will trade more of your time instead, and depending on the scope of the job, amount of times you have successfully completed it, & the situation (if a unit turnover and time is limited) you should factor in a learning curve of watching YouTube videos, trying things for the first time and messing up and having to go to the store to get more materials, etc. 2.
