Need to specify exactly what the deal is.Any professional organization (company, business entity) that requires a professional license, from what I have ever seen, requires all to hold that license, an engineering company must have all engineers, a beauty shop must have owners as beauticians, a law firm made up of lawyers.

I have found Home depot to have the better (still basic) form of accounting for materials purchased.However I've recently grown and need some advice on (proactively) segregating expenses between properties.My main concern is finding a way to properly separate each purchase into a bucket via a spreadsheet. right now, nearing the end of the year, i see a huge list of purchases and i'm dreading picking them apart trying to allocate each item to a specific property / purpose.

With that being said, one thing that you generally find with correspondent lenders is autonomy in workflow, unless, the person that you’re working with has a poorly organized team, or, lack of resources.
