If doing kitchen countertop, you may have enough stone left over for the vanity.

Hi,I am rehabbing a house and I have a swimming pool in really bad shape with all kinds of living organisms in it.

Around here a lot of the older houses are built with stone foundations... and water comes in occasionally.

@Stone Saathoff $5500 for 2700 sf is what I paid most recently.

I would love feedback both on this specific property as well as the organization of my business plan from a potential investor's perspective.

I had no idea how to start so the co organizer encouraged i start with Bigger Pockets.

Talk to a CPA about this as you might want to organize things to be in a low tax bracket this year to do that conversion.

We already got rid of the wallpaper and painted the walls, my husband got rid of the green laminate floors and installed new flooring, we have also found an awesome vendor who organized brand new stainless steel appliances for us at an awesome price, we are busy replacing the white appliances as they cave in on us.
