Message a moderator or reply to the notice you got and they should reinstate your access.BP holds a pretty strict line or the forums will quickly get overrun with spam like most online forums.

Then I would have my attorney review it to ensure it is on point.

I’m looking at some of their props but a little skeptical based on the previous review here.

That includes business cards, online marketing advertisements, fb ads, etc.Example: I post a fb add saying, "sell me your house, I buy them cash" Do I need to put, "Sell me your house, I buy them cash, I am also a realtor"

Hello,I've spoken to two well reviewed mortgage brokers that I found on Zillow, but unfortunately I haven't been able to get pre-approval for an investment property.Here's my situation:I have been a tax paying pro gambler since 2010. 

On your hand though if it is already 10k less than sale price, I probably wouldn't bother with an informal review because they could actually raise it! 

Be sure to rent it on VRBO/Homeaway as well and rack up the positive reviews.
