I love working in Warren and with the folks in the city office.

I’ve noticed in CL that there are quite a few folks who repeatedly post the same ad that drives down everyone else’s postings.

Calculations based on tax returns are for self employed folks, or folks who are employed by their immediate family (since, otherwise, dad could just juice up a paystub to get his son out of the basement and into his own house).

I think your plan to attend local meetups, learn more, and surround yourself with like-minded folks is going to springboard you into a whole different level of achievement.You're right for taking a step back and acknowledging the good you've done.

I’m blown away by the folks on here that think you need to take out a zillion mortgages and be in hock up to your eyeballs to do this business .

Most importantly I am happy I can watch my kids grow up, grab lunch with my wife whenever I want and not be chained to a desk sitting in meetings about meetings, being trapped in a horrific cross state commute or deal with other corporate nonsense.Feels amazing folks!
