Instead of having to file interest income yearly, (next year I may be a non-resident alien, may not be going back to USA), would like pay and to report all gains and interests for tax year 2017.

You would have to assume that everything needs to be done and also fit in all of the non construction costs on top of it (architect, expeditor, permit fees, etc...).

Armchair agent attorneys, mistakes agents make and don't tell you about in a transaction until the last second or after the fact, notices from real estate commissions about (agent non-compliance for continuing education, back child support owed, student loan delinquencies, IRS tax levy request notices to broker on agents part of commission payout on a transaction,non-payment for agent license renewal fees, etc.)It goes on and on and on the drama.
