You do not have the opportunity to look inside the house before bidding so you're buying sight unseen.

The county gives you the opportunity to dispute the initial values before distributing the updated tax amount.

Of course, the public markets you can pick individual stocks and do very well, or very poorly.On a different note, I think if people took similar time studying a portion of the public markets as they try the real estate market, they'd find good investing opportunities, especially at smaller price scales to complement real estate investing. 

I am grateful for the opportunity to tap into their giant customer base.

Opportunities are here but the appreciation that accompanied this market going from a class D to a class C was driven only by people who could not afford anywhere else in Utah.
