When one orders an appraisal for a fix n flip, you provide the inspector the rehab budget and report and then he walks through and calculates an as-is value before repairs and what the ARV will be after.If the lender does not do appraisals, they sometimes will do a CDA which is a desktop analysis of the asset, or they will use a BPO. 

But like to hit the ground for the wholesaling business and have the process but need the nuts n bolts for driving the leads to the pipeline and then do marketing campaign to fish prospective motivated sellers.

I do know that LendingOne presently only does fix-n-flip loans.

Fix n Flip loans rely heavily on experience - the number of houses held for rent or flipped in the last 3 years. 

I think it is a C-O-N spiricy.

This new duplex is on N Hague, which is about 2 miles west of Franklinton.
