Check out prospecting platforms like RedX, where you can call pre-foreclosures which is a good way to find off market deals.Other social media sites/groups, or simply network with local wholesalers online.Best of luck!

On market, offered 30K below asking and got it How did you finance this deal?

I'm a younger dude whos always on social media so it makes sense that what I do and have is flaunted  a little.

On market, multiple offers so had to pay above asking.

I hear the market is great.

On Market deal that was sitting for a month.

I’m locally at the Las Vegas, NV market. 

I would add that the current Utah investment market is red hot and it is hard to find good rental units for a decent price.
