The offer I received is a 9% interest rate on a 5-year term, resulting in a monthly payment of $726.

I became successful through manifesting my goals that I set for myself. 

How much lower would home prices be without being able to write off interest, property taxes, or getting easy long term fixed financing.  

However, brrrr, especially in stable areas can be consistent over the long term and for generations to come.

My plan is to work on on-market deals and focus on building long-term relationships with agents to bring me pocket listings. 

It's a bit of a tough position especially if they have been living there for a long time with the previous owner without having a security deposit.
